WELCOME TO THE 2026 MID-ATLANTIC ASPHALT EXPO & SAFETY SUMMIT!

We are thrilled to have you join us for the Mid-Atlantic Asphalt Expo & Safety Summit on December 8-10, 2026, at the Greater Richmond Convention Center in Richmond, VA. As an exhibitor, you’ll be able to showcase your products and services to industry professionals from across the region. To ensure you have a smooth registration process, please follow the checklist below:

Exhibitor Registration Checklist:

1. Rules & Regulations: Review the event rules and regulations linked below, including booth setup, teardown times, and safety guidelines.
2. Online Registration: Complete the online registration form below and submit payment for your booth or floor space(s) and any additional sponsorships, services, or expo passes selected. Submit the names and email addresses of all booth/floor space attendees. Ensure all required fields are filled out accurately, and mark that you have read and agree to the terms laid out in the expo’s rules and regulations document.
3. Electric: Electrical hook-ups will be ordered on the MAAE online registration form.
4. Floor Plan: Explore the expo floor plan using the link below. Exhibitors who pre-registered have retained their booth locations from last year. All other booths are currently available and can be requested as your preferred choice on the registration form.
5. Exhibitor Kit: Shipping materials to the show? Need carpet or furniture in your booth? The exhibitor kit linked below will give you access and instructions on ordering items to make your booth stand out on the tradeshow floor!
6. Marketing Materials: Submit your high-resolution company logo in the registration form or email it to tfortune@vaasphalt.com to be displayed on our website, Whova app, and event/sponsorship materials.
7. Insurance Documentation: [20X20 Floor Vendors Only] VAA requires a copy of your insurance certificate.  See rules for details.
8. Pre-Event Communication: Regularly check your email for event updates and important information.
9. Travel and Accommodation: Plan your travel and accommodation arrangements ahead of time. The hotel reservation link for the Richmond Marriott Downtown is below.  This year’s room block rate is $199.00 The cut-off date to make reservations in our block is Monday, November 16, 2026.
